Introduction Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company (Saudi Kayan) announces the approval of the Board of Directors the request of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) for changing its representative of the board of directors at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company (Saudi Kayan) to be Dr. Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Sherehy (Non-Executive Member) instead of Mr. Khalid bin Ali Al-Garni (Non-Executive Member) which his membership started on March 20, 2021. This appointment shall be effective as of March 1, 2022. On this occasion, the Board of Directors extends its thanks and appreciation to Mr. Khalid bin Ali Al-Garni for his efforts during his membership term in the Board. The Board also welcome Dr. Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Sherehy as a member of the Board of Directors and wishing him all the success.
