SABIC affiliate Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company (SAUDI KAYAN) signed a three-month Letter of Intent (LOI) with Daelim Industrial Company on December 23 for the design, delivery and construction of a Low-Density Polyethylene plant at the SAUDI KAYAN  complex in the Jubail Industrial City.
