Executive Vice- President , Polymers

Mr. Khaled AlMana is a graduate of Bachelor of Engineering from Meiji University in Tokyo, Japan in 1984.  He obtained his Master’s degree (Master of Science in Engineering) at the National Taiwan University, Republic of China in 1989. Currently he is the Vice President of SABIC Polymers, SBU.

Mr. AlMana joined Sabic Marketing Services and became the Regional Sales Manager for SABIC Singapore in 1993.  He was assigned as Country Manager / Chief Representative of SABIC Far East Limited, Taiwan office in 1996.  He became the General Manager of SABIC Far East Limited in Hong Kong in 1998, and eventually became the General Manager of Regional Headquarters, Sabic Asia Pacific Limited, Singapore in 1999.

Mr. AlMana returned to Saudi Arabia in 2002 to assume the position as VP, Chemical Intermediates. Formerly, he was Chairman of Sharq Board and Member of Hadeed and Scientific Design Boards.  He currently serves as a Chairman of the Board for ARRAZI, is also member of SABIC Research and Technology (R&T) Executive Committee, VP for SABIC China Investments Activities, and Member of Sabic Europe Supervisory Board.

He can speak both Japanese and Chinese languages.
